As a website owner, you can administer the email accounts for your domain. As an admin, you can add email accounts, change passwords, add groups/aliases, add lists, set forwarding, and permissions for others that will be using your email. You can create an email address for a person in your organization and give that person control only for that email address, or for the whole domain. You control the email configuration for your domain.
